Going strong for thirty one years, this year’s 2020 MOSES conference and tradeshow will host a variety of activities. 


Speakers present workshops from 8:30 am to 5 pm Friday and Saturday on categories that cover business, marketing & management, certification & labeling, farming systems, field crops, health & homestead, leadership & community, livestock, marketing farming, soils, and specialty crops.

Full-day classes are offered on Thursday, February 27th, for an in-depth presentation on a range of subjects. This year the classes are: Conservation Programs to Support Organic Farms, Financial Impact of Organic Grain Transition, Five Steps to a Fair Farm, Healthy Small Ruminants, Highs and Lows of Growing CBD Hemp, Manage Your High Tunnels for Long-Term Success, Managed Grazing for Healthier Dairy & Beef Herds, Rotations for Reduced Tillage & Resilience, Start a Producer-Owned Cooperative, Strategies for Successful Organic Tree-Fruit Production in Midwest.

Regeneration International

Thursday, February 27th, there is an opportunity to join the regeneration conversation to regenerate the midwest.

A mix of over 3,000 people come together for three days, February 27-29, 2020. All kinds of farmers participate as part of a supportive community; produce, field crops, flowers, orchards, etc. Whether organic, considering transitioning to organic production or farming regeneratively, there are resources and people to help you succeed.

Farmer of The Year

As part of the conference each year, one farmer who has been nominated is selected as the Farmer of The Year. This year’s candidate will be awarded on Thursday in the Gathering Hall.
