The candidate for this position will be a high energy, multi-tasking, self-starter that is motivated to deliver projects and tasks on time. The candidate’s ability to manage multiple business development tasks and drive accountability within the CRM system will be the key to success. The candidate will be in charge of managing all leads that are generated through the CRM, trade shows, contact lists, social media and self initiated follow up on trade show leads.
The perfect candidate is able to find fun in every endeavor and is motivated within the environment of a growing startup company that emphasizes integrity, hard work, and bringing farmers and buyers together.
YieldOrganic is actively seeking to fill a full time opening for a Business Development position. This person will support the sales process and marketing development team.
The ideal candidate will be a clear and compelling communicator with a proven track record of business development in Agriculture. We are seeking a candidate that is personable, enthusiastic, familiar with organic and regenerative production, committed to growing the industry, respects confidentiality, and exhibits winning written and oral communication skills.
